Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and system bottlenecks efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Document technical specifications and architectural decisions for future reference.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a corporate or startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment with strong communication skills.
