Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration with our core systems.
- Participate in the weekend shift rotation to ensure 24/7 system stability and rapid incident response.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Conduct technical research and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of software design and architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Availability to accommodate weekend shifts as part of the operational schedule.
