Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures using modern technologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
