Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive technical innovation by researching and implementing new technologies to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with experience in at least two.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
