Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize existing codebases to improve system performance and reliability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend frameworks (Django, Spring Boot, Node.js).
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
