Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation to ensure system stability.
- Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues, developing innovative methods to alleviate them.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive technical innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
