Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead cross-functional agile sprints with product and design teams
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation for production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in RESTful API design and testing frameworks
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
