Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define feature requirements and drive technical strategy.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or Go, ensuring rigorous code reviews and testing standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
