Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Lead the development of night-optimized services to ensure seamless global uptime.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts to support international time zones.
