Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy robust software applications using modern architectures and best practices.
- Optimize system performance and reliability during night operations and maintenance windows.
- Debug complex technical issues and troubleshoot production incidents with a focus on resolution speed.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and refactor legacy code to ensure long-term scalability and security.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a remote and night shift capacity.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
