Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support key business initiatives and strategic planning.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
