Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and scalability for high-traffic applications
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Champion DevOps best practices and automation
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
