Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and ensure high availability.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical architecture discussions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or a similar primary programming language.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
