Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our 24/7 infrastructure.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot critical issues during the night shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and database queries for speed and scalability.
- Participate in on-call rotations for system alerts and emergency maintenance.
- Document technical architecture and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Must be available and willing to work rotating night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
