Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable software solutions and applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Maintenance & Support: Monitor, debug, and resolve technical issues during off-peak hours to ensure system stability and performance.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to company coding standards and security protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers and QA engineers to define feature requirements and specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve application speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Deployment: Assist in the CI/CD pipeline, including code reviews, testing, and deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Shift Requirement: Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Tools: Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
