Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Architect and write clean, scalable code for our proprietary software solutions.
- System Stability: Monitor server health and resolve critical bugs during off-peak hours.
- Cross-Functional: Collaborate with the day-shift team to integrate new features seamlessly.
- Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement optimizations for speed and reliability.
- Security: Implement and enforce security best practices across all night-shift deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Shift Adaptability: Ability to work the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
