Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Equity Integration: Collaborate with the finance team to integrate and optimize equity compensation systems and data pipelines.
- Night Operations: Monitor, debug, and resolve system issues during night shifts to ensure 24/7 availability for our clients.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance speed and reliability.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#; experience with React or Angular for front-end development.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Equity Knowledge: Understanding of equity options, stock grants, and compensation structures is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
