Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau to automate processes and visualize data.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data processes and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Basic understanding of SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
