Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract and clean large-scale datasets.
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and implement robust data governance frameworks.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear presentations and reports.
- Partner with product managers to optimize user retention and conversion funnels.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to continuously improve our data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience creating visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
