- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Weekly Reporting: Generate and present weekly performance metrics to leadership to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate raw data into strategic business recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
