What You Will Do:
- Development: Design, develop, and test robust software applications using Java and Python.
- Maintenance: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues that arise during the night shift.
- Optimization: Refactor legacy code and improve system efficiency to handle high transaction volumes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
- Innovation: Propose new technical solutions to enhance user experience and system security.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software architectures in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Debug complex code issues and resolve production incidents with minimal downtime.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Write clear, well-documented technical specifications and documentation.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, design, coding, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL technologies.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively during night shift hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
