Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various internal sources and ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using Excel and BI tools.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in data to help the marketing and sales teams optimize performance.
- Database Support: Perform basic database queries and data maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data insights in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical team members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL or Excel is a plus, but not required as training is provided.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
