Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and communicate complex findings in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings to senior leadership.
