Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 production environments
- Mentor 3-4 engineers through quarterly tech reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blog posts
- Drive A/B testing for performance improvements across distributed systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of leading system design and architectural decisions
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
