Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 global deployments
- Conduct complex system troubleshooting during peak off-peak hours
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps team on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Develop security-first protocols for distributed systems
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Java, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with 24/7 production environments
