Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions for our global clients.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues in real-time to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define feature requirements.
- Maintain and update existing legacy systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Participate in on-call rotations to resolve emergent technical issues during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Proven experience working in a night shift or rotating shift environment (must be available 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
