Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead AWS cloud infrastructure optimization and CI/CD pipeline development
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Debug and resolve complex production issues during night-time deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Develop security-first solutions for financial transaction systems
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database design
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes preferred)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
