Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Go and Python
- Collaborate with global teams via agile methodologies during night cyclesImplement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment on AWS and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions for backend systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize high-traffic microservices
- Maintain robust security protocols for 24/7 production environments
- Mentor junior engineers through our night-shift mentorship program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Go/Python preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) preferred
