Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our global platform.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases during the night cycle to ensure zero downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot critical issues in real-time.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Optimize application performance and database efficiency to handle high concurrency.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards to protect user data.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems during off-hours.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
