Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance using distributed tracing and observability tools
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and feature implementations
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production experience with Go and distributed systems
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact SaaS products
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
