Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and NoSQL technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
