As a key member of our engineering squad, you will play a pivotal role in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment. You will work alongside talented product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver products that exceed user expectations and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance for speed and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Mentor junior developers and guide them in technical decision-making and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
