Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical specifications
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Drive agile development in a Scrum environment
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design aptitude
