Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs using Go and Node.js
- Lead migration to AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Optimize database performance through PostgreSQL indexing and query tuning
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes for seamless deployments
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Drive security initiatives including OAuth2 implementation and vulnerability scanning
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with Terraform experience
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and Redis caching strategies
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Active participation in agile development methodologies
