Responsibilities
- Data Strategy: Own the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting delivery.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support high-stakes decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and automate reporting processes using SQL and Python to increase team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data warehousing concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
