Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends and patterns
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across government agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital engagement strategies
- Create comprehensive data quality protocols and ensure data integrity across systems
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with government/public sector focus
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau skills with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Strong understanding of federal data compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, PII handling)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) highly valued
