Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, financial) to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Design statistical models to forecast patient volumes, resource allocation, and financial performance
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to translate data into actionable strategies
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures for all analytics outputs
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects addressing critical business challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale relational databases
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R/Python)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data structures (claims, clinical, financial)
- Proven track record of translating complex analyses into business recommendations
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
