Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, analyze data, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
- Frameworks: Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) or back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Django).
- Database: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
