Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance software systems using modern frameworks.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
