Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt in existing systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
