Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests, and participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Web Technologies: Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
