Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, code, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies and architectural patterns.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement effective, long-term resolutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) or back-end frameworks (Spring, .NET Core).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
