Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with Java/Spring
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
