Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP and containerization technologies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps best practices implementation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Optimize application performance and scalability for 1M+ user platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical community engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or Rust)
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable SaaS products
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
