Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, or C#)
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
