Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures for equity valuation and options management platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, security, and reliability in a distributed environment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure high coding standards.
- Implement automated testing strategies to ensure product stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as derivatives, options pricing, or equity management is a plus.
