Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance backend services using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Drive security best practices and compliance initiatives across payment systems
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of building production-grade payment or fintech systems
- Experience with event-driven design and message queues (Kafka, SQS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
