Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, refactoring legacy systems where necessary.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
