Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical mentoring for junior developers.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
