- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with our tech stack
- Mentor engineers through pair programming sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ production-level projects
- Experience with fintech regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, SOX)
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
